Hard to believe, but this adorable English breed has shrunk to such a small population that the British Kennel Club is launching an initiative to prompt people to seek out these adorable terriers. After all, greater demand will prompt a greater supply. Perhaps we can help out on our side of the Atlantic? They are quite cute and have very agreeable personalities to boot.
